CUPPING NOTES: This coffee presents a gentle acidity that softly awakens the palate, paired with a light and delicate body that allows its nuanced flavors to shine. The aroma is infused with floral notes reminiscent of a blooming garden, while the taste is enriched with hints of chocolate, creating a smooth and comforting experience. Dark fruits add a layer of complexity, offering a rich, fruity undertone that lingers pleasantly.
REGION: Grown in the lush landscapes of Sipi, located in the Kapchorwa District of Uganda, this coffee benefits from the fertile volcanic soils and optimal climatic conditions of the region.
ALTITUDE: Cultivated at elevations ranging from 1,500 to 2,500 meters above sea level, the high altitude contributes to the coffee's distinct flavor profile by allowing the beans to mature slowly, enhancing their quality and taste.
PROCESS: The beans undergo a meticulous process of being fully washed, which ensures clarity and purity of flavor, followed by sun drying, which naturally enhances their sweetness and complexity.
VARIETALS: The coffee is a blend of distinguished varietals including Bourbon: SL14, SL28, and Blue Mountain, each contributing unique characteristics to the final cup, from the sweetness and balance of Bourbon to the bright, crisp notes of Blue Mountain.
