Whole beans are perfect for those who are looking for a more robust, flavorful, and aromatic cup of coffee. Instead of grinding the coffee beans into ground coffee, the full beans are roasted and packaged to be ground at home. Doing this does two things, it locks in the flavor of the beans during shipment, and it increases the shelf life of the beans. By keeping the beans whole, and only grinding them before adding the boiled water, we ensure a deliciously fresh cup with a full flavor profile. We also make sure the beans stay fresher for longer by roasting them the day of shipping.
